Challenge: The company was growing rapidly and had a number of marketing and communications challenges to effectively serve their expanding global reseller network.

Solution: The first demand was to take their existing Web Site and to upgrade it so that it would be consistent with being the largest Novell Partner in the marketplace.

A design and production team was put in place to strengthen their overall image and to implement a number of communications technologies to automate some of their key marketing and communications processes. These included an ROI calculator, an animated dealer locator, an online software registration system and a product demo of their entire software system.

The registration system reduced the number of staff required from three full time people at peak times to one part-time person at even the busiest times. The product demo is used online, on their cd-rom as well as at trade shows, webinars and training sessions.
